The space
As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by spectacular river views that will take your breath away!

This bright and airy apartment with its new carpets and refreshed décor is perfect for families or larger groups, boasting three spacious bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. And if you need even more space, we also have another three-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment in the building available for rent.

Relax and unwind on our large balcony, complete with the wicker lounge and bar style table setting, and soak in the stunning views of the Brisbane River. Inside, you'll find a full-sized kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a coffee machine with pods, pantry supplies, and crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans.

The living area is equally impressive, with a breakfast bar, dining table, and a spacious lounge area with plenty of couch space to relax and watch some Netflix on the large smart TV. And you'll have full and unlimited access to fast internet and Netflix.

Our commitment to sustainability means that we provide organic and eco-friendly guest amenities and have made every effort to reduce our impact on the environment.

Enjoy access to all of the building's immaculate facilities, including a large pool, spa, tennis court, BBQ area, steam room, and gym. And for added convenience, we provide a secure basement car park for the duration of your stay.

The bedding configuration includes a master bedroom with queen bed and stunning river views, a second bedroom with a king bed (or two single beds) and river and Story Bridge views, and a third bedroom with two single beds or one king bed (bedding configuration to be arranged prior). The large main bathroom features a bath tub, great lighting, and a big mirror.

There is easy access directly to the River Boardwalk as you walk out of the foyer, plus a short walk to Howard Smith Wharves

Other things to note
- PLEASE NOTE that the key collection is offsite. It will be 450m away from the apartment. We want to be completely upfront that the key collection is not onsite. This is due to security and to ensure there is a 24hr option for our guests.

✒ We expect the apartment to be treated as your own and to be left clean and tidy in the manner it was found. Please note we take extra precautions with photos and inventory list prior to each guest checking in. If items are missing or damaged this will cause for a claim to be made.

There is a secure, single car park available for my guests who have a car.

I also supply two sets of keys for guest convenience :)

There is a sofa bed should additional guests book to stay. The 2nd bedroom has the option to stay as a luxury king bed or be set up for 2 single beds as well the 3rd bedroom has the option to be set up for 2 Single beds or 1 luxury king bed.

Family friendly amenities with Cot, Bedding, Kids plates, cups etc, Highchair and Baby bath.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS - We require the "booking" guest to complete
a) Pre Check-in Form which includes providing selfie and a photo of a valid ID.
b) Refundable Security Deposit of between AUD 300-$2000 (up to the discretion of the host to decide) may be required
