The space
Ty-Nee Farm has 2 x Fancy Camping Tents (Adults Only), Sea-Set has massive sea views and the outdoor kitchen/dining area faces West, so you will enjoy the afternoon sun on the verandah and an amazing view of Gulaga/Mount Dromedary at sunset. Each tent has its own outdoor kitchen with heater, fridge, portable oven, portable cooktop, and portable grill. All cooking equipment including kettle & toaster are housed in the kitchen cupboards. We also provide basic kitchen essentials, ie cooking oil, salt/pepper, sugar, tea/coffee etc. Bar chairs to enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the spectacular view and outdoor dining setting for 2. (For safety absolutely no cooking can be done inside the tents) The tents have their own copper shower, basin, compostable toilet with hand basin. Starlink provides excellent WiFi connection, and the TV has Netflix on offer. Weather permitting you can sit out by the fire pit (subject to fire restrictions) and enjoy the the night sky.
IMPORTANT NOTE - the tents are sited on a hill overlooking the ocean, when the weather is good it's amazing and you can enjoy the outdoor area with ease, when the weather is not so good, it might restrict the usability of the outdoor area. It can also get extremely windy on the hillside which can make for an "adventurous" stay.

Guest access
The driveway is gravel so it's easy access and there is ample space for parking. Remember there are 2 tents so it's shared driveway access.

The tents are sited within a fenced area, so you can enjoy the farm animals and feed them over the fence but they won't be able to join you on the verandah for dinner.

The road past the property runs down to the beach, its an easy 3 min drive or around a 15min walk.

Other things to note
It is important to note, that the weather can be variable here and we can and do get high winds at times. The tents can more than handle it, but they are still a tent with flexible roof & walls.

The outdoor kitchen area is very functional, however cooking activities can be restricted if the weather is a little wild. Under no circumstances can any cooking take place inside the tents, even in bad weather. Central Tilba is only 3 mins away by car and has a wonderful country pub, offering great food and Narooma is 10mins away so there's plenty of food options.

The tents are newly constructed so the landscaping is still a work in progress.
