Guest access
The entire house and gardens are yours to enjoy. Sea Notes has keyless entry for you to come and go without having to sync schedules.
Enjoy access to The Sands resort, included with your stay. The saltwater pool is perfect for a cool-down dip, or to soak up some sun poolside. For the more energetic, there are tennis courts for a friendly hit.
Other things to note
Families + kids (young and young-at-heart) will love the Springfree trampoline and Castle & Cubby Barn in the garden. Please note: that use of the trampoline is at the guest's own risk, we do not take responsibility for injury as a result of trampoline use.
Dog lovers rejoice – your well-behaved furry friend is welcome, and will enjoy the run of fully-fenced front & back gardens, with access to a long chain of dog-walking beaches – just across the road. Please familiarise yourself with our Pet Add-on details below.
Pet Add-on
We are thrilled to announce we are now a pet-welcoming AND luxury stay. Please note: our pet add-on is limited to 1 dog per booking. We provide indoor and outdoor beds, food + water bowls, dog towels, and a gourmet welcome treat and gift – to keep your furry family member entertained. An additional pet fee of $50 / per night applies to pet stays to accommodate them comfortably, and to meticulously reset the beach house to a stay that our next guests can equally enjoy.
We receive notifications from an exterior camera 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorised parties, illegal behaviour, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The camera records the front porch, and entrance path. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
Our home is a duplex with a shared wall, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of noise and follow our quiet hours of 9pm to 9am. To help maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, we use a Minut device inside the home to monitor noise levels, detect cigarette smoke, and identify large gatherings. This device does not record audio, video, or any personal data—it simply alerts us if noise stays too high for too long, or if smoke, or a crowd is detected. If this happens, you'll receive a friendly reminder to abide by the house rules. Thanks for your understanding!
