Guest access
The entire house and gardens are yours to enjoy. Sea Notes has keyless entry for you to come and go without having to sync schedules.
Enjoy access to The Sands resort, included with your stay. The saltwater pool is perfect for a cool-down dip, or to soak up some sun poolside. For the more energetic, there are tennis courts for a friendly hit.
Other things to note
Sea Notes is one of two mirror-image beach houses, each with its own private entrance on opposite sides of the building. Sea Notes has keyless access and a fully fenced front and back garden for your exclusive use. You have complete privacy throughout your stay. Quiet hours run from 9pm to 9am — a small thing that makes a big difference to the peaceful feel of the place.
Inside the home, a Minut device monitors noise levels and alerts us if things run too high — it doesn't record audio, video, or any personal data. Outside, a Ring doorbell camera covers the front porch and entrance path.
Sea Notes is made for family holidays too. Outside, there's a fully-stocked Castle & Cubby barn cubby house, an extra-large Springfree trampoline, and lawn games for long summer afternoons. The bunk room has its own climbing wall for little guests to reach the top bunk, bean bags, and drawers of games and puzzles always on hand. There's plenty more tucked away to discover — including a growing collection of children's books and interior and lifestyle books for the grown-ups.
Please note: younger children will need supervision on the stairs — there is one lockable Dutch door at the base. A little supervision goes a long way around the trampoline, hammock, and love seat too. All yours to enjoy, at your own risk.
Dog lovers, your well-behaved furry friend is welcome here. They'll enjoy the run of fully-fenced front and back gardens, with access to a long chain of dog-walking beaches just across the road. Please review our Pet Add-on details below.

Sea Notes is both pet-welcoming and a considered luxury stay. Our pet add-on is limited to 1 dog per booking — an additional dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Your dog's stay includes:
