Overlooking the beautiful Colley Reserve in the heart of Glenelg, our large loft apartment offers a unique and unforgettable experience for all our guests.

Our beautiful property has been carefully curated to provide a relaxing yet lavish atmosphere. Sink into our plush beds, lounge in the warming sunroom, or take a stroll down the beautiful Glenelg Beach, all available to help you relax and unwind.

The space
Tucked within a character-filled 1920s building, our vintage yet fully renovated loft is part of a small community of six friendly neighbours. As with many heritage buildings, sound can occasionally travel, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of quiet hours.

We also want to be transparent that construction is currently underway at the apartment building next door, with works scheduled Monday to Saturday between 7am and 5pm, currently expected to continue until December 2026. The project is now primarily focused on the upper levels of the building (level 5 and above). While the solid concrete boundary wall between the properties helps muffle much of the noise, guests may still hear construction activity and movement from time to time during these hours. If you are planning restful daytime stays, remote work, or naps between beach walks, we encourage you to take this into consideration before booking.

Please also note that the property is accessible by stairs only via both front and rear entries, and there is no onsite parking. Free street parking is typically available on Durham Street at the rear, with paid parking also available just 100m away at The Beach House car park.

Guest access
When you stay at our place Nightfall, you will have full and sole access to our entire loft apartment. This includes the kitchen, dining, bathroom, both living spaces and our laundry area.

Our laundry has a full washing machine and dryer and we provide everything you will need (powder etc) to make your clothes sparkly clean and dry. We also have a full outdoor clothes line available for our guests to use which is shared use for our building.

Other things to note
CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: There is construction taking place at the apartment building next door Monday to Saturday between 7am and 5pm, currently expected to continue until December 2026.
