Relax and absorb the tranquillity of this quiet and romantic spot in nature. Wake up to the sounds of the birds, wildlife and the subtle echoes of the Snowy River passing by. Our Tiny Home was built using recycled and handmade rustic features.
Unplug from life here.
Sustainability is important to us, our guest amenities are either locally sourced or bio degradable.
Just a few minutes drive from Dalgety and 30mins to Jindabyne / Berridale. Final 6kms is accessed by a dirt road.
The space
You have the Tiny Home all to yourselves with private parking for up to 2 vehicles including EV charging. The rustic lawn area is all yours to enjoy. Linen and towels are provided. WIFI is available.
Phone service is limited on the dirt road down to and around the Tiny Home. WIFI details will be on the kitchen/dining table.
We used some recycled items to build our Tiny Home, you may notice some imperfections throughout this just adds to the charm.
The Snowy Mountains Soap Merchant supplier of our shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap is locally sourced and Australian made. We use reusable containers to reduce plastic waste.
The Ecoflow toilet is self composting. No need to flush! Full details on how to care for our toilet will be in the compendium provided.
Our coffee machine pods are from Urban Brew. Their pods are made from 100% natural biomass resin, which is a mixture of plant-based products. They can be composted in an industrial composting facility where they will break down in 90 days or can be treated as general waste and sent to landfill.
You have your own secure shed to store bicycles or skis/snowboards.
Please be aware behind the Tiny Home is a residential dwelling. They do not have access to your space but you may see a vehicle on the shared entrance. This home is approximately 100m away from you, for additional privacy though the kitchen and bedroom windows have a one way film on the glass.
Guest access
The 6km dirt road is not council maintained, has cattle grids and livestock on it. Suitable for 2WD but drive with care and there is a 40km speed limit.
Once you arrive you will see you have your own private rustic lawn.
To access the river please walk down to the small gate to right hand side of the fence.

Other things to note
The 6kms dirt road leading up to the Tiny Home is not council maintained. You have to drive through private properties that contain cattle, sheep and horses, please stay to the 40kms speed limit and respect the properties owners road and livestock. Do not stop in their paddocks and engage with their livestock.
Phone service is limited leading up to and around the Tiny Home. Please insure you have checked the directions prior to your arrival. WIFI is available at the Tiny Home.
Your neighbours to the right of the Tiny Home, own peacocks! You may not see them during your stay but it is highly likely you may hear them in the evenings!
We can guarantee a cosy and romantic night or 2 away but we can't predict what the neighbours are up to during your stay. This is a rural area, you may hear things going on in the distance...
Like what you see but need more space? We have a 3 bedroom house just 30mins away in Berridale. Please look up Rust on Kiparra!
