Nestled beside our home in Ocean Beach, yet fully detached, offering privacy. Stroll to the beach, unwind on the patio, soak in the outdoor bath or curl up by the fireplace. Rest deeply in a luxurious Super King bed. Fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Steps from Bibbulmun & Munda Biddi. Due to safety & decor no children, infants or pets allowed. Shoes off please.

You’ll be located in Ocean Beach suburb, a popular coastal spot close to the main beach and known for its natural beauty and relaxed vibes.

Enjoy the open-plan living/sleeping space, which includes a Smart Tv with Netflix, as well as a Super King size bed and an indoor fireplace. A fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso Citiz machine. Enjoy the bathroom with spacious shower and toilet. Fast, private Starlink Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Outdoor bath to soak the day away, a private patio with bbq for those summer evenings and an outdoor rinse off shower at entrance after a day at the beach or exploring.

Steps from the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trail, the perfect base to explore Denmark’s coastline, wineries & local eats.
Perfectly positioned between forest and coast, both are easily reached on foot:

*Right next to the Bibbulmun Track (Mount Hallowell section).
*Right next to the Munda Biddi Bike Trail.
*2.7 km to Ocean Beach, Denmark’s main beach (25 min walk along paddocks and inlet or 4 min drive).
*5.3 km to Lights Beach (6 min drive).
*5.4 km to William Bay National Park (6 min drive).
*6.8 km to Denmark town centre (8 min drive).
*18 km to Elephant Rocks, Elephant Cove & Greens Pool (15 min drive).

Guest access
Enjoy privacy in your own space beside our family home. Parking conveniently available right in front of the guesthouse (open, not undercover). The outdoor bath is perfect for stargazing with a glass of wine, plants are still growing, so please be mindful during daytime use.

The entrance area has a bike stand with a table and chairs, you can also relax here while taking a rinse off outdoor shower or head to your private patio for complete seclusion. Storage/garage not for guest use.

Other things to note
For your peace of mind, there is one security camera with a motion-sensor night light at the front entrance only, used solely for security and monitoring arrivals. All other areas are completely private.

We have a septic system. It's not the same as a city sewer. Only flush natural waste and toilet paper. Please be water wise.

Ocean Beach is a high fire-risk area; in line with summer fire bans and restricted safety regulations, no firewood or fire-making equipment is provided and the fireplace is not to be used during summer months.
A single bag of firewood provided during May-Oct (colder months) depending on availability, please purchase extra locally if needed.

Nespresso Citiz & Milk machine with 1 pod per guest per day, plus tea & instant coffee.

Denmark’s a small rural town surrounded by forest and ocean & power outages can occur during storms, but Western Power usually restores them quickly. No refunds for government-mandated bans such as fire bans.
No refunds for weather events, storms or utility outages outside our control.

You may hear or see our resident king skink (Tairn) & his family members, they’re harmless & helps keep pests away. Country life means a few natural night sounds. Our guesthouse is professionally maintained with regular pest control and has no infestations. However, as the property is set on a large, nature-filled block, occasional encounters with local wildlife and insects (including birds, reptiles, rodents, flies, mosquitoes, spiders etc.) are a normal part of the environment. These do not qualify for refunds or compensation. We recommend keeping doors and flyscreens closed and making use of the insect spray provided in the kitchen.

Very early check-in and very late check-out may be available on request and will incur an extra fee. Short extensions we always offer, free of charge, whenever possible.
