The space
Ripple Inn is a perfect holiday home for you and your family. This stunning property offers 4 bedrooms and 2 deluxe bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 8 guests.

Downstairs you’ll locate a glamorous light filled open plan kitchen/living area with a gas log heater and a fully equipped kitchen including a butler’s pantry. Just off from the kitchen area, is an additional private and secluded seated area overlooking a charming oasis; featuring a plunge heated pool to 30 degrees all year round, outdoor hot shower, undercover decked area with a retractable blind, dining table and furniture, BBQ and an outdoor kitchen.

Downstairs bedding configuration offers a twin single bedroom and the luxurious master bedroom with an ensuite overlooking the manicured garden, pool and outdoor area - Perfect for any time of the year!

Upstairs, you’ll find another comfortable lounge area, a large bathroom, 1 king single twin bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Opening up from the lounge area guests will enjoy a small, tree enclosed, private balcony where you can sit outside to wind down in the evening, or with a morning coffee and listen to the waves crashing on the nearby beach. An additional feature of the upstairs lounge area is a small kitchenette, making this property extremely ideal for 2 families wishing to have a combined holiday whilst enjoying some privacy of their own!

With quality linen, soaps, shampoos and bath towels provided for guest comfort and convenience, along with full laundry facilities and modern amenities; guests are able to relax and take advantage of the facilities even more! With multiple entertainment options including board games, a large selection of reading material in the expansive bookshelf, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon, Disney & Stan and the heated pool; guests are sure to find something that fits their needs during their stay.

Guests can enjoy all-year round temperature control with the gas log heater, reverse cycle split system air conditioning and ceiling fans, whilst taking advantage of the open-plan living area that conveniently connects to the heated pool and BBQ space.

For those that enjoy the beach and outdoors, Ripple Inn is just a short few minutes walk to the beautiful Inverloch beaches. With an outdoor shower and storage space for washing the sand off once returning home.

The onsite EV charging unit is available for guests to use throughout their stay; providing further convenience and appeal.

Late checkout of 7pm available by request, for a nominal additional fee! Don't forget to ask at the time of your booking!

Guest access
Guests will enjoy full access to the house and backyard. The garage and a storage cupboard indoors are locked and not accessible to guests.

Other things to note
There are several stairs in the house to access the upstairs 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

Late checkout option is available to guests, by request. For a nominal additional fee of $100, guests can enjoy a late departure of 7pm!
