The space
Tucked behind a white picket fence, this single-storey, older home offers relaxed, beachside living, surrounded by palms and native trees. Inside, the bright living room invites you to stretch out on vintage timber chairs, catch a film, or sink into the bean bags by the sunlit window with a guitar in hand—perfect for switching off with a book and a cup of tea.

Prepare meals in the rustic kitchen, complete with raw timber benchtops and open shelving. It’s fully stocked with essentials including a gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, full-size fridge, and pantry basics. Cook indoors or prep a meal to enjoy in the covered outdoor patio. This spacious, sheltered area features a long timber dining table with bench seating—perfect for lingering meals with friends. Fire up the built-in pizza oven for a fun twist on dinner, or keep it simple with the BBQ. After dining, unwind in the lush backyard, where mature trees offer shade and the open lawn invites play or picnics.

The bedrooms are comfortably simple, each with leafy outlooks. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed and a cosy reading corner with a wicker armchair, perfect for quiet moments. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, while the third includes two single beds, ideal for kids or friends. The bathroom features a combined shower and bath and essential toiletries. A laundry nook with a washer and drying rack adds everyday convenience. In the backyard, there is a rotary clothesline for easy drying in the sun.

Stay comfortable year-round with split system air conditioning and heating in the dining and living areas, supported by ceiling fans, portable fans, and a portable heater for flexible climate control throughout. While there’s no on-site parking, free all-day street parking is available nearby.
