Built in 1897, this beautifully restored heritage home combines Fremantle charm with modern coastal luxury. Each of the three bedrooms features a luxurious king-sized bed with premium linens, reverse-cycle air conditioning, block-out curtains and soft lighting. Bedroom 3 is adorned with ceiling-high glass walls and privacy curtains.

WORKSPACE
For corporate visits, there is high-speed 100Mbps NBN internet and a corner workspace in Bedroom 3. The workspace contains an antique desk, office chair, lamp and laptop stand.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
For families, a cot and high chair are available ON REQUEST. We have also provided children's books, toys and games.

KITCHEN
When you want to prepare food at home, the well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and all the essentials, such as milk, tea, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Enjoy the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with a selection of pods and a milk frother. The fridge has a water dispenser and internal ice maker, providing convenient access to fresh, filtered cold water and ice.

LIVING ROOM
Unwind in the elegant living room, featuring an 86-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ apps and a Sonos surround system for endless entertainment. The room has skylights with remote-control blinds, allowing you to set the mood effortlessly. Stay comfortable with air conditioning for warm days and a cozy gas fireplace for cooler nights. Double glass doors open to the garden, bringing fresh air and views of the giant gum tree and garden.

TWO BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a double vanity, a classic free-standing bathtub, and a large, luxurious shower. A 2nd ensuite bathroom is connected to the main bedroom. Here you’ll find a selection of Sukin products— proudly Australian-made and naturally derived. Sukin’s shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are enriched with botanical extracts and essential oils, offering a gentle yet effective clean without harsh chemicals. Guests will also enjoy plush Sheridan towels and essential toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are provided for your laundry needs. There's also a laundromat conveniently located across the road with extra-large machines if required.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Step outside and unwind in Paton's outdoor spaces. The enclosed front porch offers a cozy retreat with a wooden patio chair and coffee table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee under the orange and lemon trees. In the back garden, you can BBQ and relax on the outdoor lounge surrounded by bay trees and a grapevine.

PARKING
Free untimed street parking is available directly in front of the property, plus plenty of parking along South Terrace.

BEACH ACCESS
Paton House is a short 250m walk to South Beach. Beach essentials are provided, including beach towels, a beach umbrella, picnic basket, and antipasto board.
