LIVING AREA
Unwind in the elegant living room, featuring an 86-inch Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ apps and a Sonos surround system for endless entertainment. The room has skylights with remote-control blinds, allowing you to set the mood effortlessly. Stay comfortable with a cozy gas fireplace for cooler seasons and air conditioning when warm. Double glass doors open to the courtyard, bringing fresh air and views of the giant gum tree and garden.

Paton House is a short 250m walk to South Beach. Beach essentials are provided, including Sheridan beach towels, a beach umbrella, picnic basket, cutlery, and antipasto board.

The enclosed front porch offers a cozy retreat with a wooden patio chair and coffee table, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee under the orange and lemon trees. In the back garden, you can BBQ and relax on the outdoor lounge surrounded by bay trees and a grapevine.

THREE BEDROOMS
Each of the three bedrooms features a luxurious king-sized bed with premium linens, reverse-cycle air conditioning, block-out curtains and soft lighting. Bedroom 3 is adorned with ceiling-high glass walls, privacy blackout curtains and a workspace.

TWO BATHROOMS
The main bathroom features a double vanity, a classic free-standing bathtub, and a large, luxurious shower. Here you’ll find a selection of Sukin products— proudly Australian-made and naturally derived. Sukin’s shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are enriched with botanical extracts and essential oils. Guests will also enjoy plush Sheridan towels and essential toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay. A 2nd ensuite bathroom is connected to the main bedroom.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
For families, a cot and high chair are available ON REQUEST. We have also provided children's books, toys and games.

KITCHEN & DINING
When you want to prepare food, the well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle, toaster and all the essentials, such as milk, tea, and olive oil. Enjoy the Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine with a selection of pods and a milk frother. The fridge has a cold water dispenser and internal ice maker, providing convenient access to fresh, filtered water and ice.

Come together around a beautiful, solid timber dining table that comfortably seats six, perfect for groups to share meals, laughs, and long conversations. Positioned beside the fireplace, this inviting space feels warm and relaxed with designer dinnerware and serving pieces ready to go; it’s the kind of setting that makes dining in just as special as going out.

LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are provided for your laundry needs. There's also a laundromat conveniently located across the road with extra-large machines if required.

WORKSPACE
For corporate visits, there is high-speed 500Mbps NBN internet and a corner workspace in Bedroom 3. The workspace contains an antique desk, office chair, lamp and laptop stand.

PARKING
Free untimed street parking is available directly in front of the property, plus plenty of free parking along South Terrace.
