Spacious, stylish and made for families, this 4 BDR, 3 Bathroom Padbury home sleeps up to 9 across 5 beds. Enjoy generous open plan living plus a separate Parents’ Retreat with its own lounge and TV, perfect for a little breathing room! A private workspace makes longer stays easy, while the peaceful location puts beaches, Hillarys and Perth city attractions within easy reach. A stylish relaxed home base with room for everyone and lots of extra amentities that our guests love!
The space
The home has been designed with families and groups in mind, with plenty of room to come together and just as importantly, space to spread out.
The main open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is bright and welcoming, with plenty of room for relaxed family meals, movie nights or entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, generous bench space and everything you need to make meals at home easy.
The home now offers four bedrooms and five beds, comfortably accommodating up to nine guests. All beds were purchased new from Snooze in 2024, and we spared no expense choosing quality mattresses to make sure a great night’s sleep is part of your stay.
A real highlight is the separate parents’ retreat, creating an additional private space away from the main living areas. It includes its own comfortable lounge and TV, making it perfect for parents wanting somewhere to unwind at the end of the day, or simply giving larger families and groups another living space to enjoy.
There is also a separate private workspace, ideal for guests working remotely or needing a quiet place to catch up on emails without taking over the dining table.
With three bathrooms, including an ensuite, busy mornings are much easier when travelling with a larger family or group.
Split-system air conditioning throughout the home provides both heating and cooling, keeping every bedroom and living space comfortable year-round.
Outside, you’ll find a spacious backyard and garden with plenty of room to enjoy Perth’s beautiful weather. Start the morning with coffee outside, relax on the outdoor setting while the kids enjoy the space, or fire up the BBQ for an easy afternoon or evening at home.
It’s a comfortable, spacious home designed to make travelling together easy, close enough to enjoy everything Perth and the coast have to offer, with plenty of room to retreat and relax when you come home.

Our home is located in a beautiful, quiet residential neighbourhood surrounded by lovely long-term neighbours. We really value the peaceful feel of the area and ask our guests to enjoy the home while being mindful of our neighbours, particularly with outdoor noise in the evenings.
This is a wonderful home for families, extended families and groups travelling together, but it is not suitable for parties or events.
The property offers keyless self check-in, so late arrivals are no problem. There is plenty of space to settle in and make yourself at home, and I’m always just a message away if you need anything during your stay.
As this is a family home in a residential area, we simply ask that you treat the property and our lovely neighbours with the same care and respect you would your own.

Padbury is a quiet area in the heart of the northern suburbs of Perth. The nearby beaches of Hillarys, Pinnaroo Point and Mullaloo just a 5 minute drive away (2-3 miles), are some of the best in Australia and front onto the warm Indian Ocean. Hillarys Boat Harbour has an abundance of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars, many of which overlook the ocean. There is also a child friendly sandy beach which is floodlit at night and is home to numerous families on the warm evenings enjoying their barbecues. Pinnaroo Point boasts soft white sandy beaches and the afternoon winds of the “Fremantle Doctor” makes this beach a popular location for kite-surfers and windsurfers.
Mullaloo Beach is popular for people of all ages, with a range of facilities along the grassy foreshore, picnic shelters, BBQs, play equipment and a basketball court.
