available as 1, 2 or 3br stay. This listing is for all 3x bedrooms, plus 2x twin futons for a total of 5 beds capable of sleeping 10.

Water toys included, lake access out back door, golf course out your front door, well located; sandy beach fishing 100m away. Open Ocean 1km away, Shopping complex restraunts & cinema a short wander, lockable carport, balcony, & private patio, voice controlled lighting, grand piano, modern decorated, secure parking with all the comforts of home.

The space
Private Garage and Patio area with roller door access and entrance to rear door. This area leads to a strata owned courtyard, and gated access to the salt water lake with a grassy bank and stepped access which is viewable from the bedroom and its private balcony which has a Queen bed.
Out the front door there is the West Lakes Golf Course accross the street with views from the Queen and King bedrooms. The primary bathroom is upstairs on the same level as the bedrooms.
Downstairs contains the kitchen, laundry, a 2nd lavetory, Living space and dining area, fully kitted out for your stay with the essentials,
Full Google voice control of lighting, audio and video streaming. Free wifi and Netflix, Baby grand piano to entertain yourself (or have us send you a private entertainer!)

Guest access
The whole home is yours. there will be a locked "Harry porter room" beneath the staircase which is storage and spares, and the shed will be locked and not accessible.
in addition to the private indoor and outdoor yard areas, there is also extra community yard space shared among all homes in the complex, and this includes front yard, an extra rear parking and driveway area with visitor parks, and a private for the whole complex gated grassy and stepped access to the lake frontage where you can launch kayaks, windsurfer, etc

Other things to note
It's important you list the correct number of guests and pets for correct charges to apply.
we have rules with strata regarding pets, and you will need to ensure pets stay in the private yard/home area, and are not noisy or left unnatended.
pets should not be hair shedders, and special approval will be required if more than 1 pet.
please note, emotional support animals are pets, and are not considered service animals. service animals must be trained to perform a specific task to assist with a medical condition or disability.

ALL PETS MUST BE PRE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING as a condition of our bylaws. if you have a pet, please send us details before you book so we can seek approval.

if you need to bring a pet but are worried it may not comply with the rules, or needs to be left alone, please contact us first. we want you to stay, and we can probably find a way to make your visit suitable for your pet, even if that includes sitting service, without needing to bend or break any rules :)
