In order to access this place few stairways are required since it has no street / car access

Guest will have the entire place to themselves

Other things to note
Please note :

-Be aware some start-up essentials (toiletries , tea, coffee...) are provided but if more are required, you’ll need to provide your own.

-Please keep in mind that house access requires few stairways as it has no car access

-Trundle bed is only made after 5th guest booking or upon extra fee (if up to 4 guests booked)

-Both bedrooms have aircon and also living room.

-To use the smart TV you'll need to log in on your own account for netflix, apple TV...

-We do not provide extra towels/linen per stay. If you need extra we can organise it if previously requested for an extra fee.

-If you are planning to check in outside the provide hrs we charge an extra fee.

-You cannot check out later than 10am, late checkouts will incurs a fee.

-If you do not have reviews / or have one bad review on the platform we'll secure a $300 security deposit, if house rules are followed and respect at the end of your stay it will be refunded.

Make sure you read and reply your booking enquire with "I understand and agree to house rules" to make sure there is no misunderstanding and we have set the expectations right, tks!
