Unwind at Inlet Waters Escape, just a few minutes drive from the heart of Inverloch, where stunning Kangaroo Bush Lands meets Inlet Waters.
Grevillea King suite is one of two self contained guest rooms off our family home.
Step out and onto a picturesque nature walk via the inlet. In town enjoy local cafes, browsing local shops. Indulge with wine and wood fire pizza at close by wineries. Explore Wilsons Prom & visit the penguins at Phillip Island.
Note: breakfast is not supplied.
The space
Our new purpose built guest rooms have been built as a separate wing off our family home. The rooms include their own private walk in robe, en-suite and kitchenette with bench tops and sinks created from locally handcrafted concrete. To make your stay one of comfort we supply quality linen and towels, as well as bathroom necessities. The rooms include WiFi, and TV with Netflix, the kitchenettes include bar fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
- Food-
We don’t include breakfast as there is an abundance of lovely local cafes. Having said this, tea & coffee is supplied and the suite has bar fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle if you wish to BYO breakfast supplies. There are brochures on our top local picks for delicious food.
-Surrounds-
Our property looks into 60 Acres of Crown land where Kangaroos are seen regularly grazing. We love that this bush land meets the Inlet waters and at our door step is a well known Townsend Bluff Nature Walk which leads you to 180 degree Inlet views, over Screw creek, down along the water, and into town if you enjoy a walk.
There are so many beautiful nooks to explore around Inverloch, both for leisure and adventure. We supply a list of our favourite places to visit within Invy, and surrounding villages.
When home we are more than happy to supply kayaks and fishing gear for you to enjoy.

Guests have independent access to their own private guest suite. The Suite includes King sizes bed, kitchenette, ensuite, walk in robe, as well as WiFi, TV and Netflix.
Please note there is no bath in the bathroom. It includes shower, toilet and vanity as seen in pictures.

This get-away is designed for individuals or couples seeking a quiet weekend away. It is not suitable for schoolies, hosting parties or events of high noise. The room caters for up to two people only.

Neighbourhood highlights
Inverloch is a gorgeous coastal village. We love the untouched Bunurong Coast line, especially Shack Bay where we explore rock pools. The local surf beach is beautiful year round (with surf life-savers patrolling in season).
You'll find great coffee from the local cafes and guests enjoy the stylish string of clothing and gift shops within the village. Invy hosts two farmers markets per month. There is a hip little winery in town, and others that do wood fire pizza and live music on occasions.
Opposite the guest suites is 60 Acres of Crown Land which guests are free to explore. This is home to mobs of kangaroos and many other native animals and birds which we often view from our doorstep. The well-known Screw Creek is also on our doorstep where guests are welcome to use our fishing gear and or Kayaks and paddle out to the inlet. If you enjoy a morning stroll, this gorgeous boardwalk will lead guests into town for their morning coffee.

We absolutely adore this little place in the world, so we built two Air BnB rooms onto our family home so others can enjoy it too!
We love exploring the bush surrounding us, the inlet waters, fishing, kayaking, and the amazing Bunurong surf coast line. Our family love being part of the Inverloch village and find all who visit feel this 'village warmth'. Find yourself at home in our king bed suites. Enjoy getting out to the local cafes, farmers markets, rock pools. Or ask about borrowing kayak, fishing, and surf gear.
For day trips we visit Wilson’s Prom National Park (a great place for costal hikes). Phillip Island is also a fun day out for people of all ages and interests, one of our favourites is going to watch the penguins waddle in.
