Graig Fatha is a secluded eight-acre escape near Uki village. Dark moody interiors with polished hardwood, exposed trusses and copper accents frame Wollumbin views from the kitchen.

Unwind in the barrel sauna overlooking the orchard and flower beds or take a dip in the heated plunge pool under the stars.

With three bedrooms, two fireplaces and space for 8 guests, it’s the perfect retreat to relax and reconnect.

The space
Graig Fatha is a single level home on eight acres of gardens and native bushland in Uki, designed across interconnected wings with stunning views of Wollumbin (Mt Warning).

The interiors are bold and deliberate - charcoal walls, polished hardwood floors, white VJ ceilings with dark-stained exposed timber trusses and copper fixtures throughout. The home was designed by a professional interior designer and featured in Australian Country Magazine.

The living room is centered around a brick fireplace with a wood fire insert, leather sofas and sliding doors that lead to the outdoor entertaining area.

A large timber island with a gas cooktop and espresso machine anchors the kitchen, while the wide louvre windows perfectly frame Wollumbin. On both sides, dining areas flow seamlessly to the gardens through bi-fold doors, creating a bright, airy space that blends indoor comfort with the surrounding landscape.

A wood-burning fireplace and sunken ensuite bathtub make the master king bedroom a cozy, indulgent retreat you’ll never want to leave.

The queen bedroom, with luxury linen, soft ambient lighting and serene garden views offers a peaceful retreat for restful nights and the third bedroom features a bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for family stays.

Enjoy a peaceful afternoon in the cozy office and library, complete with a daybed and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, ideal for remote work or a quiet reading escape.

Multiple covered entertaining areas let you unwind at your own pace. The outdoor lounge with a fire pit sets the scene for cozy evenings, while a barrel sauna and heated plunge pool overlook the orchard and gardens - perfect for sunny afternoons or starlit swims.
