A light filled apartment with full bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining/living area opening to balcony!

Perfect for singles, couples or small families looking for a short getaway. We have a sofa-bed to accomodate up to 4 guests. Sofa bed is only made when a 3rd guest is included to the booking or upon the extra value of $50

Bedroom lis located on the second level with a comfy queen bed and built in mirrored wardrobe.

Kitchen with ceramic stove, oven/airfryer/microwave (3 in 1) , toaster, kettle and a good supply of pots and utensils.

The balcony has 2 chairs, a small side table and space for a yoga sesh if you prefer to start the day with a stretch or just a morning meditation.

Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, not a designated spot (only on the top floor- residential area)

**Please note:**

* Building renovations will be taking place from March 2026 to November 2026. To better accommodate our guests during this time, we have reduced our prices in consideration of the potential noise, dust, and limited lift access.

* We do not have a designated car park. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and residents’ parking is located on the top level only.

* Please be aware that some starter essentials are provided, such as toiletries, tea, and coffee. If you require more during your stay, you will need to provide your own.

* The sofa bed is only prepared upon request in advance and incurs an additional fee of $50 if you have booked for 2 people only. From the third guest onwards, it is already included in the price.

* A travel cot and high chair can be provided if requested in advance. An additional fee of $35 applies for each item, or $50 for both.

* The bedroom has a fan. Air conditioning is located in the living room only.

* To use the Smart TV, you will need to log in with your own accounts for Netflix and other streaming services.

* We do not provide extra towels or linen during the stay. If you need additional items, such as beach towels or extra bath towels, we can arrange this if requested in advance for an extra fee.

* If you are planning to check in outside the provided hours, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Please request this in advance, and an extra fee will apply.

* Check-out is strictly by 10:00 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee.

* If you do not have reviews, or if you have one negative review on the platform, we will require a $300 security deposit. This will be refunded at the end of your stay, provided the house rules are followed and the property is respected.
