Peace and quiet

This home is in a quiet area.

Kick back and relax in our calm, stylish home near SA's best beaches. Situated between Port Elliot and Victor Harbor, our private getaway has a large secure yard and stunning newly renovated interiors. Enjoy the quiet bushwalk to the beach where you (and kids and pets) can spend quality time, then return to a warm outdoor shower and a some family time. The large covered outdoor area is protected from the wind, has a Weber and space for the tribe. Bliss!

The space
Fourseagulls has a new spacious kitchen, and bright lounge area leading to the outdoor enclosed and protected pergola. New herringbone floors lead you to the newly renovated bathroom, laundry and separate toilet.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and one with a double bed bunk. All rooms have clothes storage with the larger bedroom having a walk in robe.
Laundry contains all required utilities. There is an enclosed carport for 2-3 cars, and the flat, grassed backyard is large enough for big dogs and kids games.
All of this positioned close to the beach, and on the main walking/riding track between Port Elliot and Victor Harbor. Cafes and restaurants are a walk away, or relax at our place with the new Weber BBQ and quiet outdoor space with nice gardens.

Other things to note
We love pets at fourseagulls, so bring your furry one and enjoy the large secure yard. Plus the beach is only 200m away!
