Perfectly positioned, with direct access to the golf course and to the beautiful walking trails of Meelup Regional Park, which link seamlessly to the Cape-to-Cape track via the private back gate. The Old Dunsborough foreshore is an easy 10-minute stroll away, while a leisurely 20-minute stroll along the peppermint tree–lined “fairy path” leads you into town. Prefer to drive? It’s just 3 minutes.

The space
Spread across two levels, the lower storey features two comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans (portable heaters for winter in bedrooms), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a laundry, and a cosy TV lounge. Upstairs, the open-plan living area showcases a recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the reverse cycle air-conditioned living and dining space, complete with a ceiling fan and designed for both relaxation and connection.

Step out onto the covered balcony and enjoy a front-row seat to kangaroos grazing on the Old Country Club golf course, birds resting in the gum trees, and the occasional evening visit from native possums.

The balcony is ideal for alfresco dining, perfect for a quiet morning coffee, an evening drink, or simply soaking in the tranquillity. Enchanted Escape offers the ideal blend of peace, comfort, and convenience in one of Dunsborough’s most sought-after locations.
