Well appointed with Blender, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee machine (including a small selection of pods), Dishwasher (including washing tablets), Oven, Induction cooktop, Rice Cooker and Microwave with all the cookware you need to cook up a storm!
Large pantry and double door fridge allows you to stock up for longer stays.
*Shopping complex with supermarket, chemist, medical centre and bottle shop just a 500m walk away*
You will find cooking basics in the pantry such as long life milk, salt, pepper, basic herbs and spices, sugar, 5 coffee pods, assorted tea bags

This is a great open space and allows friends and family to enjoy each others company during food preparation, dining and relaxing.
This space flows into the rear portico with a 7 seater lounge, 4 burner BBQ and then down into the garden area with a fire pit and lawn area.

We provide towels, hand wash and body wash.
Laundry
Washing machine supplied including detergent.
Heating and cooling for your comfort all year round.
Free WIFI included. We will provide an access password with pre-arrival information.
Hairdryer is provided and stored in the en-suite.
Vacuum cleaner is in the cupboard in the 3rd bedroom. Deck chairs, fold up table, Iron and Ironing board are located in the cupboard in the rear bedroom.
BBQ is provided and situated on the rear verandah if you would like to use it. We provide the gas for the BBQ. Please turn the gas off at the bottle after use.
We also have 3 wetsuits of various sizes that you are welcome to use. Please hose off after use and hang on rear clothesline.
Guest access
You have private access to the whole home excluding the garage.
There is one locked cupboard in the Laundry, please do not attempt to open this cupboard.
Check in is contactless. We are only a call or message away should you require assistance during your stay.
Please be aware that we have some steps in the back yard and a retaining wall that could be a hazard for some small children. We have photographed so you can assess potential risk.
The front driveway is also steep and may be challenging for people with mobility issues. We have included a photograph so you can assess potential risk.
Other things to note
This is our home and it is in a very quiet neighbourhood. Our neighbours are awesome so we will only accept bookings from groups willing to respect their quiet enjoyment.
There should be no noise at anytime during your stay which creates disturbance to surrounding properties, with quiet hours from 10pm-7am
Strictly NO parties, Hens, Bucks or Schoolies.
There is to be NO outdoor noise after 10pm.
This property has noise monitors installed.
