The space
• A beautiful open plan living area with vaulted ceilings, indoor / outdoor living with floor to ceiling picture windows and large glass sliding doors capturing the wide breathtaking ocean views.

• The spacious living pavilion comprises an entertainer’s kitchen, plus dining and lounge area with combustion woodfire, ceiling fans and A/C which flows through to the sundrenched beachside entertaining deck area.

• Catering for all weather with uninterrupted ocean views, there is an outdoor covered entertaining area with electric retractable awning and a raised open-air viewing, outdoor lounge deck.

• Luxurious outdoor stone bathtub amongst landscaped gardens to unwind after a day at the beach

• Sleeping six, all three luxurious bedrooms have separate entrances, ensuite bathrooms, personal air conditioning, TV’s and ceiling fans.

• An Ascendor stair lift provides direct access from street level to the entrance of the main living and main bedroom - ideal access for the elderly or disabled.

Guest access
The entire home is accessible to our guests with the exclusion of the garage which is kept secure for owner storage.
