Situated in the heart of our Idyllic coastal village, you cannot beat the location!
A short stroll to all the boutique cafes & shops & of course not forgetting the stunning river and beaches.
Although central, it’s tucked away with plenty of privacy and has its own private outdoor relaxation area, adorned with plants & flowers.
Spanning 2 floors, and sleeping up to 6, it would suit a family or group of friends wishing to enjoy all Bruns has to offer & the delights of Byron Shire & beyond.

The space
Enter through a main gate off of one of Brunswick Heads' main streets and into the private patio area. Once inside, you are greeted with a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, stunning island, perfect for breakfast.
Dining table with seating for 6 guests and a comfy lounge area with sofa and day bed.

KITCHEN
Bean to cup Breville coffee maker, dishwasher, all cooking necessities and oven make for an easy stay If you wish to dine at home. If not, there is an abundance of eateries and cafes to choose from, right on your doorstep!

Downstairs shower room and toilet.

Upstairs
Coming off the upstairs hallway to the right, there are 2 separate, good-sized Queen bedrooms both with ample storage.
To the left and down 2 steps, there is an extra lounge area and 2nd bathroom. This lounge area has a smart TV and comfy sofa. There is also a blow up mattress for use. The sofa can be slept on also. This area maybe best suited to kids.
If booking for 6 guests then doona and bedding will be provided for the mattress and sofa

Please note that this second upstairs lounge area is not closed off and you must walk through it to reach the upstairs bathroom.

Upstairs bedrooms have their own hallway , separate from the upstairs lounge.

An AC unit positioned upstairs, cools or heats the entire house.

All quality linen, towels & eco toiletries are provided.

Brunswick Heads is a small, unspoilt coastal village on the NSW north coast, situated at the mouth of the Brunswick River. Located 15 minutes north of Byron Bay, it's only 30 minutes by car from both Ballina Byron Airport and Gold Coast Airport.

Brunswick Heads is all about life's simple pleasures. Despite the surrounding coastal development, Brunswick Heads has retained its traditional seaside village atmosphere. Timber bridges link the riverside Torakina, a safe, quiet beach at the mouth of the Brunswick River and to the surf beach that spans the coastline all the way to Byron Bay.

The north bank of the river hosts a protected rainforest and the southern bank provides a harbour and small marina for fishing boats and small craft. Mt Chincogan and Mt Warning provide a spectacular hinterland backdrop to the river that meanders up to the small town of Mullumbimby.

The small community of Brunswick Heads has ensured that there is a quality mix of cafes, restaurants, specialty shops, accommodation and a variety of activities to cater for families, couples and the most discerning visitors.
