Breathe at Boomerang is your perfect coastal escape. This beautifully designed beach house offers northern sun, sea breezes, and just minutes from the beach. The passive solar home features high ceilings, three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three living spaces, including an outdoor area. Located on Belbourie Crescent, you're steps from the waves. Whether you are seeking relaxation or adventure, we can't wait to welcome you for an unforgettable stay.
The space
Contemporary coastal vibe, spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 6, with garden view and just moments to Boomerang Beach, shops and dining.
Our home has everything you need to enjoy a truly unforgettable, relaxing holiday experience. The airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with floor to ceiling windows that let in plenty of natural light in and effortlessly extends to the alfresco, where an outdoor barbecue and lounge await. The large living room is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, with plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV for those who want to catch up on their favourite shows or relax and enjoy a movie. There's also a selection of books from the wall library.
The entry level also plays host to a laundry with washer and dryer and there is a remote operated garage with secure parking for two cars, as well as storage space for any surfing or snorkelling equipment and an internal clothesline for your bathers to dry under cover.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas stove with range hood, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher together with a butlers panty.
Dining Room: Large long dining table with seating for 12
Bedroom 1: King bed with large walk in wardrobe and ensuite, garden outlook
Bedroom 2: King bed (able to be split into two long king singles), garden outlook

Laundry: Front loader washing machine and clothes dryer with washing pods supplied. Access to yard with a clothes line for drying.

*If you are arriving in the late afternoon or evening The Recky, Sips or Blueys Italian are your best bet for dining or take away options
