The space
This spacious 8-bedroom country retreat sits on three peaceful acres in the heart of the Blue Mountains, offering exclusive use for up to 18 guests. Perfect for family holidays, friends’ getaways, or corporate team retreats and offsites.
The house is thoughtfully laid out in two wings with central living areas, designer kitchen, and outdoor spaces.
The southern wing features the master king bedroom with a luxurious Sleeping Duck mattress (voted world’s best), renovated ensuite with big bath and underfloor heating, plus another double room.
The northern wing has five double bedrooms, a bunk room (four singles), and two rooms with extra singles — plus a cot for infants.
Standout features include:
* Games room/pub with bar (bring your own drinks), 3/4-size snooker table, 60-game arcade machine, large TV with Foxtel, and dartboard — ideal for team presentations, workshops, or fun evenings
* Outdoor hot tub for sipping champagne under the stars
* Indoor Canadian log burner fireplace with firewood provided
* Covered sunroom, large trampoline, and Weber BBQ
Fully equipped designer kitchen with everything you need (plus basic larder staples)
We use a brand new ultra water purification system (UV filtered) so all tap water is safe and delicious to drink — no tank water drinking worries here.
There's also high-speed unlimited NBN WiFi, two smart TVs, double garage + ample undercover and outdoor parking.
Kangaroos and wildlife often visit the grounds for that true country escape feel.
