Relax in our brand new, fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment in the lovely Adelaide Hills. Close to public transport options, amenities and nature reserves, this light-filled space features a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, cosy lounge area, Wifi, off-street parking and patio. With its location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, enjoy the seclusion and privacy as you take in the views, sunsets and gully breezes. A perfect choice for couples or solo travellers.

The space
Our newly built apartment is secluded and quiet, and features all you'll need for an enjoyable stay. With its three-metre ceilings and clever layout, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit is open, light and deceptively spacious.

The private entrance features a solid timber door with a built-in glass panel and screen that can be opened to let in the breeze while maintaining security and privacy.

Inside is an open plan kitchen, dining space and living area as you walk in. Equipped with modern appliances, crockery and utensils, you can choose to cook on the induction stovetop and/or in the convection microwave oven, use the dishwasher or double sink to wash up, or take the opportunity to put through some laundry. Coffee and tea are provided, along with milk and some basic pantry staples.

Relax or work from the fold-out dining table, or enjoy the comfortable two-seat lounge and smart TV.

Through the sliding door is the generous, stylish queen-sized bedroom, with bedside tables and lamps. The double glass sliding door leads onto a small courtyard where you can sit and enjoy a drink or hang out the washing in the morning sun.

A bright and clean bathroom sits adjacent to the bedroom, including a shower, vanity, large mirrored cabinet and toilet. Heat lamps are fitted to keep the space warm in the cooler months.

Block-out curtains are fitted in both main rooms for convenience and privacy. Complimentary Wifi is available for our guests.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to use the courtyard space outside the bedroom, however the main backyard space is not available.

Other things to note
We have two friendly dogs at our home who spend much of their time inside. There may be times you hear them bark; however, the apartment is well insulated with double glazing, so is generally very quiet.
