Welcome to Birdie Island Dunsborough, a stylish, brand new studio designed for couples or duo travellers seeking an affordable and comfortable escape in the stunning South West.

This fully self-contained retreat features a cosy bed and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Nestled in a newly developed pocket beside the golf course, it's just a 4-minute drive or 20-minute walk to Dunsborough’s town and the bay: home to vibrant cafés, shops, and beautiful beaches.

The space
The open-plan studio is bright, modern, and thoughtfully appointed. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with an open shower, a comfortable queen-size bed, and the convenience of in-studio laundry. The studio has ducted heating and aircon to ensure year round comfort, no matter the season.

Step outside to your own little courtyard for an afternoon wine, or cosy up inside and enjoy the large TV from either the couch or bed.

The studio is attached to a residential home, purpose-built for short-term stays, and features a private entrance and small courtyard. We’ve made every effort to ensure privacy and minimise noise. PLEASE NOTE: there is construction happening next door during the day. We’ve reduced our rates to reflect this, making the studio a great option for guests who are out exploring and looking for excellent value.

Guests have private access via a lockbox at the front/side entrance and there is designated parking available for the studio.

Check-in is simple and self-contained. While we don’t provide 24-hour support, we’re always nearby if anything urgent arises, and the space has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
