BillyBlue is a spacious coastal retreat designed for memorable beach holidays with extended family and friends. With multiple living areas, AC, generous indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, ocean views and room for everyone to spread out, it’s the kind of home families return to year after year. Perfectly positioned with a short walk to all amenities.
The space
BillyBlue has been thoughtfully designed for relaxed coastal holidays, with spacious living across two levels and plenty of room for families to come together while still enjoying privacy and comfort. Whilst the house sleeps 12 people, please note that the bunk beds are only suitable for children, so in total 8 adults and 4 children. The house is air-conditioned in the main living areas both upstairs and down. The bedrooms all have windows with fly screens and ceiling fans.
Upstairs features light-filled open-plan living flowing onto the verandah, where guests can enjoy ocean breezes and glimpses of the water through the trees and an additional living space perfect for children, teenagers or grandparents wanting their own retreat. 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom are upstairs.
The well-equipped kitchen makes entertaining easy, whether you’re preparing a casual beach breakfast, a seafood lunch or a long family dinner after a day in the sun.
Downstairs offers additional living space and combined kitchen/dining.
The large, fully fenced backyard provides plenty of space for kids to play while adults relax after a day at the beach.

BillyBlue sleeps 12 - ideal for families with a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. Please note that the bunks are only suitable for children and unsuitable for adults.
At the entry level is the combined modern living/dining: open plan with polished timber flooring, reverse cycle air conditioning, and wall mounted flat screen TV. Seated dining for 10. This opens onto an entertaining area with outdoor seating for 8 and gas BBQ overlooking the expansive outdoor space. Additional WC.
Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with large fridge/freezer (and additional fridge freezer in garage), cooktop with range hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher as well as Nespresso coffee machine, frother and pods and kitchen basics supplied.
Laundry: Top loading washing machine and clothes dryer. Washing pods provided.
Bedroom 1: ground level access to King Bed with en-suite shower and toilet. Also contains walk in robe and ceiling fan.
Second Level
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with en suite, shower and toilet, bedroom features a ceiling fan, built ins, block out blinds and views looking out to the back garden.
Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with ceiling fan built in robes and large window.
Bedroom 4: 2 x Bunk Beds, sleeping 4 children and double bed with ceiling fan and built in robes.
Main Bathroom: Spa bath, separate toilet and vanities x 2.
Second living area: Flat screen TV with reverse cycle air-conditioning.
Library: library of books and games with coffee table and floor cushions.
All windows and doors have fly screens.
Parking: Driveway parking for 2 and off street free parking for more. You have access to the single garage but this is used as storage for bikes but is available for your use with remote access.

Other things to note
The home is a short walk to Blueys Village which includes Kembali Cafe for their Indonesian inspired food, Jamu juice and great coffee. Check out Drift for their fish & chips. Blueys Italian is available to dine in or take away. There's also a chemist, general store, surf shop and the famous Blueys Cellars and Deli with an excellent selection of premium wine and deli items. The Palms Artisan Bakery often has a pop up store on site at Blueys Cellars from 7.30am on public holidays and weekends outside on the drive. Get in early for fresh bread and pastries. Head up over the hill to Sips at Mobys in Boomerang Beach where they are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All linen is supplied, just bring your own beach towels.
Blueys is a paradise for the energetic! Apart from the beach on our doorstep, we have fishing gear, bikes, badminton, boogie boards and surfboards.
