Welcome to our peaceful country sanctuary that is still close to everything. Just 10 minutes to cafes in town, 30 minutes to Evans Head and Ballina beaches, under an hour to Byron. Our spacious home has plenty of character, room to relax and ample parking.
Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen, saltwater pool, breezy outdoor living, fast Wi-Fi, printer, and fun extras like foosball. Surrounded by birds, frogs and cows, it’s a nature hideaway that’s ideal for a relaxing holiday, family stay or work trip.

The space
We’ve got everything you’ll need—and many free extras as well. Enjoy a big BBQ, coffee machine, reliable internet and Wi-Fi, and plenty of space to roam. The fully equipped kitchen, generously filled pantry, bath, laundry, and separate toilet are all yours, along with all linen, towels, and eco-friendly cleaning and laundry products.
There’s a b&w printer, office chairs and desk in each room, plus family-friendly extras like a high chair, cot, baby gates, and a kids’ table and chair. Loads of parking is available, and access to the large shed may be possible upon approval. Longer stays are welcome and are available at a reduced rate.
Please note: The farm buildings and areas outside the house are off-limits unless permission has been granted in writing. From time to time, workers may need to access the sheds.
Please note, there will be a$50 cleaning fee if the BBQ is not left as when you arrived.
Pet Policy
We love animals, but we also want to protect the local wildlife and farm animals. Pets must be approved in advance, so we can ensure a safe environment for birds, cows, and other critters—as well as for your pet.
Approved pets must be house-trained and desexed, with proof of current flea and tick treatment. The yard may not be suitable for all dogs, so please ask. Approved pets are welcome but must stay in the kitchen, dining, and laundry wing of the house.

Guest access
You will have the whole house and home garden plus the pool area. The garage, stables, sheds and pastures are off limits unless permission has been granted, in writing.

Other things to note
Fences might be electrified so do not touch. There might be workers using the farm sheds during your stay. If it is summer watch out for snakes. We rarely see them but best that you know. Once every few years the road out front might get flooded for a day or so. There is always access available along Tregeagle Road. The house itself has always stayed high and dry no matter what.

Neighbourhood highlights

The farm is not far from fun places like Byron, 25 minutes to the beach and only 12 minutes from downtown Lismore. There are loads of things to do in the area. See the Visit Lismore website for local art shows, amazing markets, waterfalls, swimming spots, festivals, music and more. Wyrallah is a tiny river hamlet. There are around 200 residents, a community hall where they sometimes have pizza nights, several churches, but no shops.
