Located mere minutes away from Cooee Bay beach, 'Sunset Beach House' serves as your prime coastal residence, providing access to all the wonders the Capricorn Coast holds.

The space
This welcoming retreat blends the charm of a classic beach getaway with modern functionality. It features a welcoming foyer, expansive family dining area, spacious lounge, a contemporary kitchen equipped with full-sized appliances, a second dining space, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry/utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Comfort is ensured year-round with split-system air conditioners throughout. The house comprises three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and equipped with air conditioning. High-speed NBN internet combined with Chromecast allows easy access to popular entertainment apps like Netflix and Disney+.

Outside, a covered al fresco area provides ample space for relaxation, perfect for enjoying a barbecue with a cold drink after a day at the beach. Children can play on the grassed area, offering a safe space for them to unwind.

A short stroll from the house leads to the vibrant Two Sisters Coffee Bar and The Villa on the Beach, a popular wedding venue, making it convenient for guests. Across the main road lies Cedar Park shopping center, offering various shops and services including a pharmacy, grocery store, bakery, butchers, and takeaways.

Yeppoon is just a few minutes' drive to the north, while Rosslyn is a five-minute drive south to the ferry port for Great Keppel Island. The area is well-served by bus (route 20), connecting Emu Park, Yeppoon, and Rockhampton airport. An airport run costs approximately $6.

The beach house's prime location, surrounded by numerous beaches and the Yeppoon lagoon, makes it a highly sought-after accommodation option year-round.
