Nestled in a quiet street and within minutes walk to the beach, this centrally located, modern and spacious home is the perfect place for the whole family to use as a base for your next holiday.

This 4 br home has 2 large living areas, a fireplace, air conditioning, a centralised, well-equipped, connecting kitchen, an enclosed outdoor BBQ & dining area, spacious bathroom and full laundry with a private back yard.

This home offers comfort and convenience; with linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

The space
Upon arrival guests are welcomed into the large living and dining area, with main bedroom with Queen bed & ensuite set to the side. The central kitchen provides conveniences of modern amenities, coffee machine, dual fridge/ freezer & ice machine, dishwasher and microwave. Ample cookware, crockery, glass wear and cooking appliances are provided for guest convenience.

The 3 bedrooms that branch off from the second living space offer 2 king singles, 1 double and a queen bed for guests to enjoy. The main bathroom offers a bath and shower, with separate toilet.

Full laundry facilities including front load washing machine and dryer are provided for guests to use.

The outdoor enclosed, BBQ area is a welcome place to relax and unwind in the summer months, with a hot outdoor shower to wash off from days at the beach, & outdoor turf to enjoy & play games on. The enclosed, secure rear yard is suitable for dogs to have plenty of space, yet be contained.

The basketball ring at the front of the house, along with board games and reading material provides additional entertainment, along with 2 televisions and Wi-Fi at the property.

This is the home away from home; just right for your next getaway!
