Designed for both connection and quiet retreat, the home offers multiple living zones, three bathrooms, a home office and on-site parking—everything in place for a seamless stay.

The space
A calm, coastal ambience welcomes you on arrival, with a subtle Bali-inspired feel that reflects the essence of a bale bengong — a “daydreaming pavilion” designed for relaxation and quiet contemplation.

The ground level opens into a light-filled kitchen, dining, and living zone with a clean, contemporary edge, designed for easy connection. The main living area centres around a plush lounge and wall-mounted TV, opening directly to the pool and inviting you to unwind with the doors wide open to the coastal breeze. Upstairs, the second living area offers a quieter retreat, giving everyone room to spread out. The kitchen is both practical and inviting, centred around a generous island, modern appliances and sleek finishes. Just beside it, the dining area invites shared meals beneath natural light, overlooking the outdoor entertaining space.

Step outside to a private courtyard designed for laid-back coastal living. The pool shimmers alongside a tiled terrace, with sun loungers inviting you to stretch out between dips. A covered alfresco zone creates the perfect setting for casual meals or evening drinks, seamlessly linking indoor and outdoor living in true resort style.

Bedrooms are thoughtfully positioned across levels for privacy and flexibility. The primary bedroom sits upstairs with a king bed and its own ensuite, while the second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed and are serviced by two well-appointed bathrooms, including one with a bathtub for a slower end to the day.

A separate laundry with a washer and dryer adds everyday convenience. The home office provides a comfortable space to focus, with a spacious desk, dual seating and natural light. Driveway parking is available for two vehicles, with additional free street parking nearby. Please note the driveway is shared with the front house, with designated spaces provided for your use.
