Designed to enjoy the peaceful view of the nature reserve, where you will often hear the call of the local Whip Bird, Currawongs & the elusive Black Cockatoo. One of the resident Koala's often takes up rest in the tree across the street.

Bach Forty Six was built by Collab Custom Builders, and is the proud winner of the 2025 Master Builders Northern Regions Excellence Award for Best Granny Flat.

Perfectly situated a quick 5 min drive to pristine beaches, creeks, headlands & the main village.

The space
Thoughtful amenities have been included to make your beach side stay enjoyable, such as an outdoor shower once you return from the local beach or creek, as well as a coffee machine, full kitchen, cosy bedroom, OLED TV and surround sound system, large ensuite, washing and dryer facilities and a comfortable outdoor deck to soak in the sounds of our local wildlife.
