Welcome to the Aurora Beach House! A gorgeous four-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate three families.

On the ground floor are three large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a games room. Upstairs is the huge master bedroom with an ensuite, a fantastic chef's kitchen, a huge living room, and a balcony with amazing ocean views.

The Aurora Beach House was previously known as the Blue House.

The Aurora Beach House has everything you need for a wonderful, relaxing family holiday.

- High-speed NBN;
- Airconditioned and double-glazed for your comfort;
- 3 fridges (2 in the kitchen, 1 in the garage);
- Both Indoor and outdoor dining tables;
- Large BBQ;
- Two TV's;
- Foxtel, including Movies and Fox Sports (Cricket, AFL, NRL, NBL);
- VAST Satellite TV (local and interstate Australian free to air TV);
- Spotify Music (Sonos sound system with Alexa voice control);
- Netflix, Disney+, Stan etc (require your own login);
- PS4 + games;
- Table Tennis Table;
- Large library of books;
- A large collection of board games and cards;
- Two Kayaks for use on Capel River and the ocean;
- Portable table and folding chairs for the beach;
- Fire Pit (winter use only);
- Skateboards, Basketball, Beach Cricket Bat;
- Lots of kids toys and games;
- Baby bath, highchair, foldaway cot, baby monitor and toddler gate (for stairs).

Guest access
There are 3 storage cupboards that a locked and marked private. You will not have access to these. A small section of the huge walk-in robe in the master bedroom will have clothes hanging in it. Each room has a HUGE amount of storage space so this will not affect your stay.

Other things to note
Please note that the Aurora Beach House is unsuitable for school leavers or "Girls" or "Boys" weekends due to its locality and proximity to local Peppi Beach residents.

The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 adults (in 4 beds as 3 of the beds are only suitable for children) up to 11 guests. Babies in porta cots are not included in the 11 maximum.

Coles home delivery services Peppi Beach so you can arrange to deliver groceries and drinks shortly after arrival.

The Aurora Beach House is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short flat 100m walk from the beach and children's playground.

Unlike most places in Peppi Beach, there are no hills to climb to get to/from the beach when you are staying at the Aurora Beach House!

The beach is normally very flat and excellent for running and walking. The amazing Tuart Forrest is also beautiful for walks, particularly in winter!

Yes, you will see Whales migrating (May & Nov), and you will see Dolphins most mornings. If you are lucky enough you might even get to swim with them if they are in the mood. Lots of Kangaroos in the tuart forest.

Peppi Beach is great for fishing. From the beach, you will most likely catch Whiting, Herring, Gar, and Salmon (During the annual Easter run). The Capel River does have Marron. Please refer to Fisheries for seasons, rules, regulations and licenses and bring your own gear.

Snorkling & Diving. You can snorkel and dive directly off the beach. The closest reefs are at the eastern end of Peppi Beach. Bring your own gear.

Surfing. Capel Cut is a rare and fickle right-hand reef break at the eastern end of Peppi Beach. When conditions are good and the swell is in the head-high range, the Cut is a very easy wave to surf. When it isn't breaking, head to one of the 75 breaks in the Margaret River region. Bring your own board.

There are tennis and basketball courts at the community centre (5-minute walk). Bring your own gear.

4x4 Beach access to Peppi Beach is at the eastern end of Peppi Beach (2-minute drive). If the Capel River mouth is closed, you can drive all the way to Stratham beach.

There is a beautiful lookout in Peppi Beach (5-minute walk).

Capel Vale is the closest Winery (5-minute drive).

The Capel Golf Club is a 15min drive away. Bring your own gear or hire from the club.

The Peppi Beach Caravan Park has a small shop (including Liquor). Keep an eye on the boards out front of the park for Woodfired Pizza night!

Capel is the closest town and has an excellent Skate Park (10 minutes' drive) !
