The space
This is an immaculately clean and bright apartment with a huge entertaining balcony, brand new flooring and furniture. Cook yourself a healthy meal or pour yourself a glass of wine and soak up the breath taking views of Brisbane's Story Bridge, river & surrounding suburbs.
As the apartment is on the 49th floor you will enjoy a fabulous cross breeze throughout while you enjoy the peace and quiet of being high above the city. Ahh the serenity.
This is the perfect spot to relax, work on your tan, watch the kids in the pool and enjoy your holidays!

Master Bedroom:
In the master bedroom you'll find an amazing pillow top comfortable king size bed with lush pillows and quality linen. Accompanied by top quality towels.

2nd Bedroom:
2 x single beds (or 1 x king Bed) - just let me know your preference.

There is ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout the apartment, however with the windows and balcony doors open you will get lovely fresh air all year round.

There is a separate main bathroom with a bathtub and full laundry facilities. Guests are provided with organic shampoo's, conditioners and body wash.

Kitchen Dining:
In the kitchen you'll find all the essentials and more... a large fridge for home cooks, plenty of pantry space, a few general items for your convenience and a range of kitchen utensils, crockery and supplies. I've tried to think of everything you might need :)
With large dining table and a kitchen stocked with everything needed to entertain, you will be more than happy to spend the night in! There is a coffee machine and pods supplied for that 'morning coffee in' or a myriad of cafes within a short walk if you still need to get a "real" coffee. .

You will truly love the feel and ambience of this home ... its always filled with laughter, good friends, relaxing energy and greenery ...

You have access to the entire apartment plus all of the facilities of the building on Level 7, including: Pool, Spa, Sauna, Gym & a large BBQ & Dining area, Sundeck chairs & more.

There is also 1 secured basement carpark available during your stay.

🗝Enjoy easy self check-in with keys available for pick-up and drop-off at a nearby convenience store, just 450m from the apartment. Key collection is offsite for security reasons.

For guests' convenience, we supply 2 sets of keys.

We provide detailed check-in and check-out information, including an in-photo check-in guide, to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for our guests.

Other things to note
** We expect the apartment to be treated as your own and to be left clean and tidy in the manner it was found. Please note we take extra precautions with photos and inventory list prior to each guest checking in. If items are missing or damaged this will cause for a claim to be made.

There is a sofa bed should 2 additional guests wish to stay. The sofa bed does need to be booked prior. There is also a single fold out bed on request.

The 2nd bedroom has the option to be set up for 2 Single beds or 1 luxury king bed.

Please let me know prior to your arrival if you have a preference.

Family friendly amenities with cot, bedding, highchair, baby bath, kids plates and cups etc,.

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
We’ll be in touch after booking to complete a quick ID check, (guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their ID as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction), collect contact details, and arrange a refundable security deposit (AUD $300–$2,000, depending on your stay and at the host’s discretion). You will receive an email from Airbnb to finalise the Refundable Security Deposit requirements. This will be refunded 3-5 days after your check-out if all is well with your stay.

REFRESH CLEANS
For longer stays (14+ days), a mandatory refresh clean ($160 per clean) is scheduled every 10–12 days to keep the apartment comfortable and well maintained. This is an additional cost, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and is payable during the stay.
