The space
This is a self-contained studio apartment with a queen bed, 2x folding sofa beds which are longer and wider than a single but not quite a double, ensuite bathroom with a bath tub, small dining table, and a kitchenette with cooktop, microwave, fridge, and basic utensils. There’s a smart TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. this is the only appartment in the building with its own washer/dryer in room. The private balcony includes a BBQ and outdoor seating. Guests also have access to the resort-style pool, deck and outdoor tables, additional shared laundry facilities, and free on-site parking.
Guest access
Guests have full private use of the studio apartment, balcony with BBQ, and free offstreet parking. You’ll also have shared access to the resort-style swimming pool and the building’s coin-operated laundry facilities, though this room contains its own free washer/dryer in room. All entry is via secure keypad for self check-in to rooms, and keyfob access to the building after hours for added security.
Other things to note
Please note: this is a privately managed unit within a resort-style complex. While you’ll enjoy full access to the pool and laundry, services like reception, housekeeping, and luggage storage are not available. We are independant from the hotel, and hotel staff and on sight concierge will be unable to assist with your booking. Basic cooking is possible, but there is no oven. The apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay, but mid-stay cleaning is not included. Quiet hours apply from 9 PM. Balcony BBQ use must follow posted fire safety rules and gas be switched off after use
***Please note: Abnb count sofas in thier bedding count. for clarity, yout unit has 1x bed, and 2x futons that fold down into beds by night, and double as couches during the day. we permit bookings for up to 6, but you're going to want to know eachother very well with that many, as this space is best suited to a couple***
