With easy self check-in and keyless entry, you can arrive at your own pace, drop your bags, and start enjoying the fresh sea air from the moment you arrive.

Other things to note
We want everyone to enjoy a safe, peaceful stay, so our home is not suitable for parties, schoolies, or large events. The property is in a quiet residential area of Avoca, and we appreciate your respect for our neighbours.

The cleaning fee covers a thorough professional clean of the entire house, plus fresh linen and towels for your stay. We trust that guests leave the house in a tidy, respectful condition - just as you’d hope to find it yourself!
