The space
This beautifully appointed property features elevated living spaces designed for comfort and style. Upstairs, you'll find a tastefully decorated living room, dining area, and modern kitchen with a walk-in pantry and adjoining media room. The kitchen is well-equipped with two dishwashers, a spacious fridge/freezer, a bar fridge, and two separate television zones for entertainment. A powder room complements the upper level, along with the luxurious master suite which includes a large walk-in wardrobe and a stunning ensuite that offers private views of Mt Roy.

The panoramic outlook over Lake Wānaka is breathtaking, enhanced by a generous wraparound deck that flows seamlessly from the main living area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

Downstairs offers ideal accommodation for guests or families, featuring one queen bedroom and two super king bedrooms, both of which can be configured as king singles. The home comfortably sleeps eight, with bedding including three super kings (two split-capable) and one queen. The lower level also includes two well-appointed bathrooms, a spacious secondary living area with a large TV, and beautiful outdoor living spaces.
